The companies want to see what kind of reach you as a representative can give their product, The fact that my truck was going to SEMA and the online presence that my truck has both here and on facebook helped alot also ! i think the SEMA thing was the biggest part !

The first 4 sponsors that my truck picked up contacted me about using their product on my truck , that of course started the wheels turning in my head and I started contacting the companies after that, about 40 percent of the companies that I contacted were willing to sponsor in some form the rest said no or didn't even respond !

Your truck turned out great. I'm sure that never gets old hearing after your long build. Very nice. You should feel proud.

Good luck on your wifes build.

Ha! I figured that color out months ago but didn't want to ruin your surprise. When you said that you'd have something that "screamed VeeWee" on the outside I was going to throw a picture of a swamp cooler on here. That would've trumped the gold thing I bet!

I think that sounds like fun! Member how nasty that thing used to be? Put your white cotton on Dr. Losh.

The rack idea sounds cool! Aluminum? Tiger Maple?
