Yea I have more time then money so I don't mind spending an evening being patient with a paint brush

Thanks man, I appreciate the kind words. I've been really busy with school and work so it's been hard to make progress but I did manage to get a couple little things done. I finally got my rearend capped off, rear wheel spacer and soft brake lines put on, proportioning valve installed, and rear brake lines to the master. I was almost done with my front brakes to the master and realized the line was too short so I have to get a longer piece of stainless. Other then that not too much goin on, I'm waiting on a few packages to show up before I'll have some serious progress so stay tuned

Re: 72 Cheyenne Super Plain Jane

Couple more. Right now the proportioning valve is just floating but it'll get a couple button heads tapped into the frame rail to hold it in place. Also the strip on the bottom of the bed was left unpainted from moving the crossmember back so the painter is going to touch that up after the truck is mobile and makes it down to Mooresville. Also new bags are on order from PB along with a few other things. Those old ones are ugly as sin and leaked so they gotta go.

Andrew it looks great. Do you have the part number for the master cylinder and proportioning valve you are running?

Thanks Ben, I should be depending on when we do it. I'd say the soonest it'll be done is end of March, latest maybe May. We will see tho, hopefully sooner then later but you know how that goes.

Thank you. Did that bolt directly up to your stock booster or is the booster aftermarket also?

Hey man -- I had an issue when I installed a MC like yours, .. just wanted to make sure you had installed the Depth Correction Plug ?

Around 1:37 in the video. This caused me some headaches, just trying to save you some if I can. Do you have a good pedal after bleeding them or have you bled them out yet ?

It did bolt directly up. I don't think my booster is stock as it was changed before i got the truck but it should bolt up to a stock one as well.

Thanks for the tip chad. I originally had it installed without that pin but it's in there now. And I haven't bled anything yet, I'm waiting to get my front lines ran so I can bleed everything at once.

Re: 72 Cheyenne Super Plain Jane

What size bore did you get? Mine was 1 1/8 and it would just about put you through the windshield.

Re: 72 Cheyenne Super Plain Jane

Been making a little progress lately. Just dropped off my last batch of parts at the powder coater yesterday, got some more stainless line to finish running my brakes, got a big order in from the Truck Shop in CA and also from Porterbuilt. Interior is about 98% done, I have to put on the drivers side door panel which will probably be tomorrow, put a new turn signal switch in, and switch out the brake light switch, then inside is done. Mechanically I have to run the front brakes, bleed the entire brake system, get u bolts to bolt up my driveshaft, and install all the parts after powder. There are a couple little things left but we are getting really close to the maiden voyage. I'm gonna try to have her finished for the Charlotte Auto Fair April 3-6. If everything goes smoothly I shouldn't have a problem getting it finished by then. Got some crappy cell pics of my progress but I'll borrow a good camera soon and take some better ones
