Here in a couple weeks or so I am going to get my '83 over here so I can drive it during the week.

I love 6 cylinders! And 3 on the tree trucks. They are so "different"

I wouldn't mind another 3 ott. My last one was a '73 C15 with a 307 V8.
Looking at buying another truck now- '80 K20 292 I6 4 speed

My new 83 silverado, 87k miles, 305 4bbl 700r4, factory pw, pl, ac, cruise, tilt, am/fm with rear speakers, basically everything but tilt. Best part of all? shes just about rust free. I found one spot in the inner fenderwell.

Re: How about some pics of 73-87 Long Beds?

I like a good looking truck, but, with all the stuff I do with mine, mines perfect. Not to mention I deliver pizza in the beast. People get out of my way alot faster then they do in my car.

They are open to allow the heat out of the engine bay. plus they looked different than any thing Ive seen. I found them at a local boat supply shop. They had several different types.
