Got my new valve cover in today!
Still kinda miss the old one, but diggin the fins on this one. Also put the A/C bracket on so you all could see why the front breather would not fit. Hope to do some detail painting this weekend. Until then.

I feel like this is a stupid question, but what are the machined plates (w/ bowtie) on the side of the motor for? Are they for aesthetics only or are they actually covers?
