Re: 1970 VA Longbed Project
Thanks, it is Rustoleum hammered finish black for the frame and silver for the A-arms. Also used the spray primer because it is an etching primer w/ rust converter (can be sprayed over rusty metal) although I had the frame down to bare clean metal anyways I figured it was extra insurance. Has been very tough so far. Only complaint is being hammered it's harder to get the dust off but that's a small complaint.

Re: 1970 VA Longbed Project
It's always been that. When I first looked at the truck it was in Craigslist as a 72 and had a 72 front clip. Couldn't see it was 6 lug at the angle of the pictures. I was researching on here and wanted to start asking questions so I signed up assuming the truck I was going to buy was a 72. Well, got there and it was a 70 with a 72 front clip. Name has stayed the same. I do have a pair of CHERRY 72 doors going on the cab and the frame is from a 68 I believe so I guess I'm VA687072C10

Oh, wait, you mean the RED
I'm now a "High Octane" member since I'm selling so many parts. Needed to upgrade to that.
