Re: Al's 71C10 Rebuild
Thanks man I built that car for $10k. Was not easy but it was fun. 11 months from start to finish. I'm already 1 1/2 years on the burb. Haha

Re: Al's 71C10 Rebuild
haha. Here you go. I just posted them for Raul.
How did the brakes go together for you? I am thinking of upgrading mine before Justin shipps out my stuff... thinking about the 12 or 13's. They look killer on your trucks guys.

Re: Al's 71C10 Rebuild
Well yesterday we did not work on the truck. Today raul calls me and tells me that he had his sons football game so he suggested for me to tackle some things to make up time for the next time we work on the truck. So I tied up some lose ends on the front suspension. I moved next to the rear brakes as raul suggested to take off everything so I went ahead took everything off with the exception of the rear backing plates as we have to pull the axles to take them off. I was there thinking "I can cut these sob's off" so I went ahead and took a shot at them and an hour later off they were. Next time is paint the area install brackets, calipers, rotors and rear bags maybe we will put the truck on the floor for some shots will see.
Now nobody can say that I am the helper

Re: Al's 71C10 Rebuild
We were going to take axles off to do new brake set up , but a possie unit and new seals and bearings were done not long ago so al decided to cut the plates instead
