Re: 68 aka "Chained in Porterbuilt Prison"
Looks great Jim, and you are so correct about all the nooks and cranny's, it seems like it takes forever to get them all and then make sure there's enough paint, you did a great job...Jim

Re: 68 aka "Chained in Porterbuilt Prison"
A couple more...better shot of color with sun out....front end parts ready for epoxy touch up and then hi-build .....we all laugh at Harbor Freight but that winch in attic has paid many a dividends.....jim

Re: 68 aka "Chained in Porterbuilt Prison"
Any body notice how those bolts where porter's stuff bolts in just disappear with paint.....looked like Christmas ornaments before...lol...And yes all those "extra" holes in the frame drive me crazy...but made decision to leave em and spend time elsewhere...for those of you who asked me about powdercoating this....figured cost of epoxy, primer, base, and clear (just what i used...not complete containers..lots left)...$230-$250.....more this week..jim

Re: 68 aka "Chained in Porterbuilt Prison"
looks great and my opinion is power coating is over rated. It will scratch just like paint and in my opinion is not much more durable then a good base clear paint.
