Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds
agree, I've seen a lot more egregious modifications rendering trucks useless for hauling much more than a small bag of groceries
this is clever and functional for a truck to do what trucks do.. possibly served their family's purpose for years.. things like this were done years before auto manufacturers made them available.. also agree it would likely be reversible for not too much investment and possibly harvest some good extra parts

That overdrive unit probably cost what they are asking for it.

Not one of ours, but I couldn't resist sharing this 1/4 ton Westcoaster pickup. Pretty unique. I've never heard of these, and I'm speechless.

Congratulations on your new truck! It sure does look like a clean truck for that asking price. What route do you think you'll go? SWB conversion? Lonhorn restoration? Perhaps just fix'r up and have a one of a kind?

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds
I've never seen one before. From the ad pictures, it looks like I'm less than a mile from it. Are they actually roadworthy?

Otherwise that appears to be a nice truck that might be worth the asking price.

I like the yellow.
It does seem way under priced though.
