Re: Tootsie build for my mother with cancer

Ok so I went over to the body shop that had my bed and I took it back because he had not touched it for 3 weeks and two because Mario want to paint it. I thought he was to buisy so I took it to another shop. Mario told me I was crazy so its going to Novelli rods and customs this week. I got most of the hood hinges mounted and the fire wall is finished welded. I also got the drive by wire pedal and brake pedal mounted. I built a panel for under the dash so all of the wiring will be hidden. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks

WOW, I like how you are carrying the dimples inside with the lower panel. Pedals look great. That's one super nice bike, did you do all the work? Sorry to hear about the delay with the body shop, hear about it to much on here, that's why I do all my own work....Jim

Eric the pedals look and that under dash cover look really good. I am wondering once you are sitting if you can see that panel?

Ya you can see it plus you wont see the wiring once the panel is in place. I wanted to do this with my black truck but I never got to it

Outstanding! Really like the underdash panel! The DBW pedal reminds me that I have to find somewhere to stick mine.

Mine too, with out the holes though. And a different profile, but yeah, similar plan for mine too. Looks great.

Hey, top of the next page. I was wondering if the holes through the firewall are covered under the dash to keep sound and heat and fumes out of the cab. Or are they all in the upper cowl area?

The holes go into the cab but are backed with stainless steel so it is bolted down tight no heat or fumes are going to come through there. Plus once the fire wall is painted it will be backed with dynamat
