Re: Al's 71C10 Rebuild
We put about an hour and a half last night. We reinstalled the two inch blocks, rear panhard bar, installed the new brakes hoses with brake lines on all four corners, installed the new front sway bar from (Ride tech). We are getting ready to install the compressor, air tank and do the electrical connections with the E3 leveling sensors in the next few days. We are taking our time and working on the truck bits at a times since we have no wheels anyways.

Re: Al's 71C10 Rebuild
Big Al -- just incase you don't know, N2Billet is a Billet Specialties dealer. (thanks Keith! ) I went through him to get mine and he saved me some $. You might want to check with him before you order your wheels. A couple hundred bucks will help!

Re: Al's 71C10 Rebuild
I did have Keith quote me the wheels as well as another three vendors from this site and I ordered from one of the vendors that sold me the wheels $175.00 cheaper than everyone else shipped to my door. Like you said every $$ that I can save counts.

Re: Al's 71C10 Rebuild
Here are some pictures of yesterdays progress we only worked on the truck for about an hour as I had several commitments to take care of. The powerhouse that Raul built is installed and ready to be wired some time this week. The front end and rear end are finished. Here is a picture of the back to give me an idea what the lowest point is before the rear hits the bed floor at this point I have about a 1/4 inch before it hits. I hope this is low enough. Plan for this week is to install the E3 leveling sensors and wire the system.
