Re: How about some pics of 47-59
To post pics of your truck you first have to upload them to a hosting site like photobucket.com or webshots.com Then you select the image tool here and provide the link to you picture.

should be able to click the little paper clip that shows up when you hit the reply button, then browse for pictures on your computer. I'm old and I can do it! then upload button, wait for it to appear below in the manage attachments section, then hit submit reply.

To upload pictures , Go to the start menu (this is for Windows based system). Go to Windows photo gallery then click on pictures. It will show the latest pictures you took. find your picture, then right click on it. A box will open up and it will say "send to". send the picture to "paint". You will then go to "resize" and you will see two boxes that say 100%. Try 50% in each box. Go to file and click on save. If the picture is still to big go back to the picture again and you will see the boxes will again show 100% Try 75% and see what happens. Keep doing this and after you save the picture then when your pointer goes over it, you will see the file size. You want around 90-100 kb. If it is too small you can add to that 100% and make it bigger as it works both ways. Then in the message box you can go to advanced and click "browse" Click on your picture or pictures and click upload. When you preview your comment you will see what your picture is going to look like. I know it sounds complicated but after you do it a couple of times you'll see it's pretty easy. I'm no computer wiz and there are no doubt other ways to post pictures but this works for me. All the best to you. |

Re: How about some pics of 47-59
I LUUUUV that GMC bed, so sick.
Mcrock54-not sure if it is any different posting from a mobile device, I mean I am sure it is different, but not sure if it will let you. You would be at the mercy of the web designer on that. However, if you have pics on your phone or computer. Hit "post reply" on here and type whatever you want to type, then scroll down and you will see a "manage attachment" button, hit that. It opens up a dialog box that lets you search for you picture. When you click that go to the folder or "desktop" on your computer for example (just depends on where you picture file is saved) then just double click on the file and it will be added. When done doing that several times, you click "upload" let it upload and then you can click "preview post" to check it out, then if you are happy you hit "submit post"

Re: How about some pics of 47-59
mcrock 54,
Glad you got your picture situation figuered out. Nice looking truck, wishing you good times ahead with it. I have less than 600 miles on my truck and love driving it. Wish I could do better than 8mpg, but know a guy who only gets 4mpg. It's the price of gears and power I guess. |
