Hi Doug. Did you get this yet?

If they are coming out as singles by JL, I will probably cancel my order for these with the tractor.

Found it a TARGET. Good Luck, there are some that scrounge ALL of these trucks at ONCE! Ran into a guy that was tearing up the place looking for ALL of the new MOPAR road runner Hot Wheels. He had like 10 of them and a HUGE mess on the floor and left it that way. A friend of mine followed him and waited til he walked away from his basket and nabbed a few and returned them to the shelves!
If I can find you one I will send it to you.

I actually cancelled my order when I learned it was not ready for shipment. My hope was that JL would come out with a single, but that has not occurred either. Did you order one?

Here it is in an single - http://dcastalley.stores.yahoo.net/jolibdere2bc1.html

Re: Die-cast 67-72

OK. www.milezone.com finally loaded a picture today. Same single for $1.00 less. I like the one with the tractor better; chrome wheels, green top. I'll probably get both though.
I'm waiting to order the single though. Milezone has a 6-piece set listed under County Roads that is supposed to have a '68 Chevy C-10 Pickup; no pic though. I don't know who makes the County Roads, so I'm waiting on a pic; and maybe they will be selling singles.

Wow. I had no idea that the single was going to be different than the one with the tractor. I guess I will be getting both.

Re: Die-cast 67-72

I like the one with the tractor, too.I makes sense out of a Blazer marked up with a John Deere scheme, too.

Don`t get all excited, but I was at Walmart the other day.Flipped though and found another Team Trucks. So,they`re still putting them out.I kinda figured they had fizzled out.

I can`t believe the little bit of reaction my error one got here. It`s really rare and a good looking truck w/o the flames. Not to brag,but...I can say I have one more color (solid paint) than the rest of you all.

Those errors are pretty neat. I saw several that were coming out of the factory on the Treasure Hunts. Never saw a Super Treasure Hunt error, though.

Re: Die-cast 67-72

Now thats an awsome display case!!! I know a guy who made the bed that he sleeps in every night out of a 69-72 Long bed Fleetside bed. He mounted a set of ralley wheels with tires in the wheel wells and also cut the back of a cab off and mounted it to the wall. (Even the deluxe side markers work from a light switch on the wall) The back of the cab has a rear window slider in it, and he built shelves behind that. All of it painted candy apple red and looks awsome!! WES

Re: Die-cast 67-72

That`s one awesome display case.I`ve slept in my bed...outside on the truck at a swapmeet and woke up soaked in dew and shivering .The next night I crawled under a table with bedside sidewalls and stacks of wheels for the front. That`s as close as I`ve come.I felt like a guard dog in a doghouse.

I did some checking on this a while back and what I found out was that the molds were done, they were set for production, then the manufacturer backed out. Not sure if it was temporary or permanent. It would be a great set to have, if they ever get built.

Looks like the cancleation may be permanent. From what I read RC2 pulled the plug in favor of the smaller stuff.

I think they are bigger, like the matchbox 1/43 or 1/47, whatever they are.
