Re: Suburban and panel finds
Nice 72 that looks like everything is already done. If it was mine there would still be lots too do. (I'm slow) $26500.
https://portland.craigslist.org/clc/...968100314.html This beauty was painted several years ago and looks amazing. The Tu-Tone color is a high-quality paint that looks like it was just done. The engine compartment has a strong 396 V-8 dual 4-Barrel Carter AFB carburetors with an automatic transmission that shifts smooth. Has the front and rear cold air-condition with tinted glass. The front and rear bumpers are nicely chrome in great condition. Nice Goodyear tires with Ultra chrome rims. The grill is also chrome in good shape and the stainless are good. All the glass including big back window have no cracks or stars. The custom interior in great condition without any rips or tears. Custom gauges were added. The Kenwood premium stereo system is over the top with Am/FM/CD with lots of speakers thru-out. This Chevy suburban has been well maintained and you can tell it when you drive it. too many other options to list. These suburban are becoming very desirable! Over 30k was spent on this beauty. The miles on this vehicle are exempt and unknown. any vehicle over ten years must be sold as exempt unless we have documentation from date of purchase.Call 503-653-4030 or 503-781-5027 for more information for sale at 19895 McLoughlin Blvd., Gladstone, Oregon DA9679 trades welcome. Re: Suburban and panel finds
70 GMC $26000. The previous one looks to be a better deal from the ads. But never having seen either one I could be wrong.
https://portland.craigslist.org/clc/...968983072.html Must see. New performance motor under 500 miles, new transmission, converted front drums to disc brakes, 2008 Tahoe seats (power front). I have all receipts and the list goes on and on.

Re: Suburban and panel finds
Brought home this beautiful super nice all original medium olive with saddle 1969 in July. 2nd owner with 41k actual miles, this truck has been garage kept and has never seen salt. 350 4 barrel, turbo 350 with 3.73 rear end. It was ordered without 2nd or 3rd row seats and used for pulling a small trailer and camped in. An 80’s K5 seat was added as a middle seat at some point. Quite a survivor with absolutely no rust and drives like a new truck as it should.
I cut the homemade trailer hitch off to have the fuel tank reconditioned. Rebuilt and tuned the Quadrajet and installed new master cylinder and booster. Removed the added vacuum gauge, and hydraulic trailer brake controller and wiring looked over the truck and handed the keys to my wife and she’s been daily driving it. Looking for a chrome roof rack to add to it. It’s been a great truck so far, looking forward to making memories in this truck. No more garage time for this one! |

Re: Suburban and panel finds
68 K model GMC 350 TOT with all 3 rows! $4000. Not mine.
https://corvallis.craigslist.org/pts...946893831.html Literally just out of the barn - this was our family vehicle purchased new in 1968 but has been sitting in our barn for 23 years. All original with the exception that in the late 70's we installed a new factory GM 350 V8. NADA classic value (low retail) is 10K, (average retail) 22K, and (high retail) is 40K. Since this classic needs some TLC I'm offering to sell it for $4,000 (the price we paid for it new in 1968), hoping someone will bring it back to life. Three on the tree manual transmission. It has some rust but since it has been under cover, the rust is not substantial. My dad drove it into the barn 23 years ago, he would start it periodically but it hasn't been started in over 10 years. I have not attempted to start it, I figured it was in the best interest of the new owner to go through the appropriate prep before doing so. I should have a replacement title by the end of the month, I'm taking offers between now and then.

Re: Suburban and panel finds
Did anyone here purchase this Suburban? If not, did anyone get the contact information. I’m really liking this one. Definitely worth saving in my opinion.

Re: Suburban and panel finds
Roof rack stuff. Quick-n-easy $100
https://seattle.craigslist.org/skc/b...979413767.html For Sale are roof brackets mounted on 4 Quick-N-Easy roof mounts. The roof mounts are designed to fit into the gutter of older model cars, pick-ups, etc. Will not work on newer vehicles that do not have gutters. As is shown on one picture the brackets are made from 2X2 wooden boards that are cut to conform to the shape of a boat, kayak, or canoe hull. A new set of Quick-N-Easy clamps alone sell for approx. $250. on ebay. Although these are not new, there is an advantage of having the wooden cross brackets already made to conform to the boat. Priced to sell at $100. cash

Re: Suburban and panel finds
Pretty optioned up company truck. Also, I don’t seem to see many tilt steering with a 4 speed rigs.
It isn’t my favorite look with the roof like that but it’d be cool to ride back there. Kinda like a Vista Cruiser.

we're tailgaters so the barn doors are out and don't care for 72 plastic door panels..
but my kids would definitely dig that view!

You're right! It was sold about 3.5 months ago for significantly less than is currently being asked . . .

Re: Suburban and panel finds
72 Big Block Blue Burban with lots done and some left to go $24000! Looks like it would be hard on tires. but its not my mine so I don't know for sure.
https://portland.craigslist.org/clc/...998370350.html For sale is my 1972 3 door suburban. Original 350/T350/12 bolt posi....... Currently has 509 fuel injected (Fi-Tech), 700-R4, 12 bolt 3:73 factory positraction. 509 is a full crower roller cam and lifters, ported heads, smithy pushrods, everything new. (have engine build sheets showing $16k in crate engine and build) I would assume about 700HP 700R4 is built by River City Trans by upgrades designed by me. Double stacked accumulators, shift kit, hardened sun shell etc. This barks second gear easily! Rear diff is factory 12 bolt posi with 3:73 gears. Rear diff just serviced with posi-additive and gear oil. Suspension is stock with disc/drum combo. Has new front ceramic pads for better stopping and new rear brake shoes. Rims are stock style ralley rims with new centercaps. Rims were bead blasted and painted silver/grey as originals were. Tires are new and have little to zero wear. Truck also has aftermarket rear hitch and trailer wiring system. Engine has long tube headers with custom mandrel bent 3" exhaust by me, Steve of GBE Mandrel Bending. Engine sports the new finned black aluminum valve covers, not the polished ones in one of the pics. Looks more period correct. Engine has a slight lope, and purrs like a mountain cat. Engine has ABOUT 400 miles on it, Trans has about 200 miles on it. The entire interior (minus roof) has been completely painted the original Bahama Blue. All new door rubber, new wing window sections, (LMC) NOS am/fm cassette radio and equalizer installed for that 70's 80's look. Seats completely rebuilt and recovered with LMC truck covers for the high end trucks in original blue turquoise. Complete rubber floor mat from front to rear, new dash pad, new color correct steering wheel (not shown), new dash cluster with gauges. Interior looks very nice! New heater core and cables (heater head as well), new 4 core brass radiator, 2 electronic cooling fans with aluminum fan shroud. Wooden floors in back in original great condition. No broken glass, front windshield and seal replaced this year. Truck runs excellent. Shifts firm. If you were to add Nitrous, this truck would be as fast as the original "Farm Truck"! That truck originally had a 502 with nitrous, and we all know how that truck flew. Too many vehicles and am downsizing.... If interested, please email me. Please do not write me if your trying to sell me something like "better than carfax" Body has rust in rear lower corner, but is very solid. See pics..... btw, I do have 2 new LMC bumpers for the front and rear I have not put on it yet.
