I have the guys #, but he's being illusive to as if he still has the wheels on the truck, or even still has the truck itself. Would it repel my new neighbors that are out side hollering drunk at all hours of the night and fighting. Then slamming their trash cans around?

I was getting tired of my peeling chrome on my headlight trim, so.....
