Wasn't able to get too much done because of the weather lately. Got the final sealer coat on all of the bed parts but then it became too cold and wet to paint any more. Did some work on the wood and I'm really happy with it. I'll try and post some pictures soon.

Very Nice! Looks like just a tailgate and lights and you'll be good to go...

Are you going to the game on Friday? I'm just staying at home to watch...

Wow, I missed this one. Looks beautiful! By any chance do you remember what Back Spacing you did on those wheels? You still kept the shorter 67 rear end with just new 5 lug axles right?

Great job

Thanks! Got the lights on tonight. They'll come off again for paint but we needed them for my sister's wedding on Saturday. I went with 55-59 chevy taillights with black housings. Going to paint to the housings red as well as the brackets. Tailgate still needs to be painted....don't have enough red to do it right now. Still have to do a good amount of interior work too.
I'll be watching it recorded......the wedding rehearsal is at the same time

They're 8 in. wheels with 4" bs all around. And yes it's the shorter rear end with new axles. I think the combo is perfect in the rear, but at the time I didn't realize that the drop spindles up front would push my width out 1.5" on each side. You can't tell in the pics because the wheels are turned a little but it bothers me a lot and I'll change them soon to ones with more bs. I also think the fronts are a little stuffed so I'd like to go with a smaller tire. IMO wheels look better tucked deeper into the fenders.
Thanks!!

Thank you!! Still need to paint the tailgate, put on the rear bumper, upholstery/carpet, other little things...
Been cruising around a lot the past few days. No issues other than a noisy and bouncy speedo which just needed oil. Could drive it all day!!
It was used as the getaway truck for my sister's wedding yesterday which went great! Everyone loved it. I'll post some pictures when I get them, but here's an iPhone pic..

I'm envious it seems I'm the only one with photographic skills around these parts and no one wants to drive my truck so I can get rolling shots Definitely a beautiful truck brother be proud and never stop smiling I still have yet to not smile in mine everyday
