Everything looks awesome Eric, as expected. I was wondering at what point you shaved the wire gutter on the firewall. Did you remove the vertical flange from factory or did you cut it down flush and smooth it? I will be shaving mine soon and was going to weld a 45* up from the wire gutter but was concerned that it may interfere with PB hood hinges as a future mod.

Re: Tootsie build for my mother with cancer

Oh and how will you seal those dimples in the firewall? Seems that they could leak water into the interior, not that this beauty would ever see rain but wondering what you are thinking there.

I shaved the gutter first then counter sunk the hinges into the gutter kind of backwards but it was super easy. I would do the hinges first then do the gutter

Gotcha, Thanks for the reply. I see now that the hinges are recessed if I look closely at the pic. Nice touch!

Its coming along great and the seat looks outstanding. Are you going to do something with the brake pedal leg to match up with the rest? You know, drill holes, polish it up, etc.

Seat looks awesome Eric, it looks super comfy. I like the idea of the vent mounted in the dimple die, looks like it belongs there
