I plan on meeting the guys at Chevron. Maybe you and I could meet up in Tracy and cruise over the rest of the way.

that sounds good to me shawn!

well here are some shots of the little brackets i made. they work... but thanks to Dale i have the correct manifold. since the manifold has the ports on it for exhaust im not going to use the manifold i have on the passenger side of my truck right now since it is smooth and doesnt have ports. it would be kinda funny and not match so im having both manifolds blasted and i figured now would be a good time to have my AC brackets blasted primed and painted so i sent my 3 extra brackets with the ram horn to be blasted today that way i can paint them up really nice and do a good job installing them on the engine while its out of the truck. on saturday the guy i work for called me up and he said that when i come to work today that hes got a bunch of gaskets for 350's that hes gonna give me if there still good (he used to own a boat repair shop and he rebuilt the 350's on the guys boats) so hopefully hes got a good set of intake gaskets and all i will need is the one piece oil pan gasket. i think im going to try and pull the 302 out this friday and put the 327 in and have it back on the road by sunday night... we'll see. but anyways heres some pics of whats been done.

Yeah, it was fun but we didn't have time to plan real well we didn't get everyone on the same page until 8:00 Sat night. Next time we'll do better. But the main goal was to get Rick the manifold he needed.... Accomplished it.

I'll probably be there, I usually hit up the swap meet. I'll probably see you there when I wander thru the show.

If my memory serves me correctly it should bolt up. Not real sure about spinning it any faster, if it does it won't be that noticable
