Where did you get the low profile white walls? Your truck looks amazing by the way.

Frostie_122, can you post some more pics and info on how you mounted your rack and pinion on your stock crossmember?

Thanks Wade

The crossmember has been pancaked. The rack has two tabs, we welded threaded mount points and just two bolts. Notched the frame on both sides due to the air ride.

Re: How about some pics of bagged 60-66

im thinking about pancaking the crossmember on my 65
to get it lower with cut coil springs and no drop spindels.
do you think is it possible to still use the original steering box
if I put the c notches for the steering ?

thanks chevyjim

Nope. You can do traditional steering. Just gonna have to modify some things to get correct geometry.

Re: How about some pics of bagged 60-66

Can someone tell me if you have a stock front cross member, tubular control arms and 2 in drop spindles how low can you get your truck. The measurement I am looking for is from the center of the hub to the wheel well. Thank you.

Re: How about some pics of bagged 60-66

Here's a couple of my 65'. Took me five years to build (a year of that was waiting on Thorbecke Brothers false promises on ordered parts. Buyer beware). Anyhow, we are finally cruising down the road. All the hard work has paid off.
