1 more question...
Are you going to be offering filler and firewall panels as well?

Re: Slosh Tubz SEMA 2015 Build "BOOSTED BERTHA"
60-66 Slosh Tubz are ready, this is the first set out of the mold and test fit is perfect !
They are built around Porterbuilts complete front suspension with 1 inch narrowed arms. Laying frame they can clear up to a 30 inch tire and wheel combo. Running a 265-35-22 you can turn lock to lock at ride height (frame 5 inches off of the ground) rolling lower then that and turning with a 265-35-22 you are going to run into your fender and firewall. They clear the Porterbuilt shock mounts and will clear an 8 inch booster on the firewall. They bolt in with the 3 bolts under each side of the core support in front and 3 bolts in top of the fender. There is another mounting point designed to bolt to the front cab floor support brace that runs partially up the firewall. |

Re: Slosh Tubz SEMA 2015 Build "BOOSTED BERTHA"
They look good. Great progress on the truck. Did you swap the bags in front to get to 10"lift. I see the backs are 9100 now.

Re: Slosh Tubz SEMA 2015 Build "BOOSTED BERTHA"
thanks man !
They are just the front bags that Porterbuilt sent me, I don't even know which ones they are ! LOL. The 9100's in the back make all the difference in the world when it comes to lift ! |

Re: Slosh Tubz SEMA 2015 Build "BOOSTED BERTHA"
you know...... if youre selling those inner fenders a lot it might be worth it to see if they can be made out of abs plastic
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mQQm9mQ8CLo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a9Dqm-Z7QAY prolly best to find someone to do it for you the innitial purchase of the machine is pretty steep and the power consumption prolly too with those heating elements the plastic you could use is the same stuff they use to make bumpers wish is pretty mush shatterproof and can be bent intoo a pretsel and jump back intoo form works fast and gives a clean surface and doesnt smell up the neighbourhood with fiberglass resin either the mould prolly need to be pretty solid and heatresistant
