Re: 1967 Chevy CST aka "the loud truck"
Yeah I couldn't believe it when I seen the NOS packaging peeking out of the pile of gaskets! I'm not gonna use the NOS gaskets... I don't have the heart to tear open the package! So I will keep it. And as for the sheild.. I can't bring myself to paint over the metal or rip the stickers off.. So I'm just gonna have it to have it

Re: 1967 Chevy CST aka "the loud truck"
Well hopefully I can get this engine in my truck this weekend. Yesterday I rearranged the bolts on my engine stand so that way it can turn over with out catching on the flywheel. So I was turning it over. It's turns over no problem you gotta use some elbow grease because of compression but it's nothing getting caught or anything it's free. So I have confidence the engine will do fine.

Re: 1967 Chevy CST aka "the loud truck"
I went and got my ram horns yesterday and I went home and just put 2 bolts on both of them just to get an idea..... I LIKE IT! So today I'm gonna get some bolts and hopefully my gasket and oil. Then I can button up the bottom end of the engine! And I'll go ahead and get the rest of the gaskets all on and everything all bolted
