Re: Patina, shop logo'd, rusty trucks?

The 67-68 body style has been desirable to me for say, the last 15 years? Its just taken me this long to find one at a price I can afford.

Mine has a desert wind patina. I just never took the time to put on a shop logo.

Re: Patina, shop logo'd, rusty trucks?

OK, so we've had the truck for a few years and the Patina look has stuck. It's not going to be a show winner, but we get so much positive feedback and everyone has the same opinion to leave it.

Don't want to rob the thread, but any suggestions for logo's? Was thinking of something with my dad's name.....Bob's Customs. Or Sun Baked Customs, Or Baked on Customs.

May consider an image to go with...or even a pinup?

Pictures are of the truck as it is today

I spotted this yesterday in Helmbrechts, Germany.
It is a Caprice Station Wagon.

Re: Patina, shop logo'd, rusty trucks?

Nice 67.

I'm in the process of designing a shop logo to put on my truck. Already have a name picked out, and hopefully will get the logo design finalized and all the painting started and finished next weekend.

That is a really weird looking car/truck thing. Looks like a lot of work went into it.

I like it. 69 front end, 67-72 visor, 73-91 suburban tailgate, and 60-66 taillights.
