dude that's freakin awesome were where you 3 days ago when I was trying to weld a hole in my tailgate that had a nut on the other side. defiantly going to steal that idea

Working on the bottom of the cab i got tired of having to straighten the door sills out. My originals were toast and my new ones kept on getting banged up as they seem to be a weak spot.
This is what i did. Took some 1"x2" rectangular tube and cut out a couple of braces. Got them welded in and now my sills can hold me. Kim |

A little up-date.
Been getting into the body work. I have the cab tilted on its back so it's a little easier to work on the roof. I welded up the over hang and filled it in. Then to the roof itself. It was in pretty decent shape. A couple pics after epoxy and a little sanding. You can see it needs a little work. Kim |

My sills still had the "protection" in place. A small 45 degree gusset about midway that was spot welded to the sill and the step. I was going to reinstall but have now decided I will be copying your design. Nice. Dug
