Re: Let's see those slant noses. Calling all 67's & 68's, clips too.

I've been following this thread since Shawn started it more than 2 years ago and this past weekend I finally picked up a 68 clip minus hood to swap onto my 72.

The driver fender, inner fender and grill are all in great shape. The passenger inner fender and support have seen better days and will probably be replaced. The passenger fender needs a front lower cup and it looks to have been replaced at some point. I'm thinking it's a newer GMC since there were upper trim holes that have been filled.

I'll need to work on some of the parts and I'll need a hood and radiator support, but for $150.00 I couldn't pass it up. I figure just the little stuff - braces, hood latch, splash shield, etc. are worth $100 or more alone.

Thanks!! I was pretty excited to get it didn't sleep much the night before. It didn't run when I bought it put a temporary fuel line on it and a battery. Checked fluids. And she fired right up. Came with nice buddy buckets and 292 4 speed. Camper is pretty rough going to put a flatbed on it.
