Re: Trucks Are Beautiful
I don't think this Bighorn has been shown.
I think it's the same old cab that gave these trucks their bold new look

Impressive looking Dodge.
Probably Detroit powered. Too bad they didn't make more of them.

Forgot if I ever posted this here, I don't think I did.... There's one of those Big Horns that ends up at shows around here. This was at the Lancaster Truck Show in Bolton MA.

Re: Trucks Are Beautiful
Man I'm a sucker for a W900A Kenworth. We started on one a few years ago, then it got pushed outside.
The son in law and I were talking last week about pulling it back inside and getting started on it. I'll send him these pics. That will fire him up.

Re: Trucks Are Beautiful
What kind of power was the topic last time we talked about it. He mentioned 3408 but I don't have any experience with them.

I new the Brooks show was coming up and yet I still missed it. Thanks for posting all the pics. Was the chopped and lowered purple bluish Kenworth there? IIRC its a 1950's era conventional. The hood has been welded up and now tilts forward. Its only a 2 axle with a flatbed on back. I used to see it alot down here in So. OR. If you have any pics, I would love to see it again.
