My latest project just picked it up 9/30/13. Its a 1988 R20 8 lug 3/4 ton 2wd Suburban with a 454 and th400 tranny.

scary gary - why'd you drop the 22's? I thought that the truck looked "RIGHT" with the wheel wells full.

I thought it looked pretty decent. But I need the front lower. And since I don't have bags, I think a 20" with some rubber will better. Thinking Dodge steelies or MOBs. I'll figure it out after the first of the year.

And everyone else- Keep em coming! This thread is steadily growing.

aaaaaand Finally got my bumper on.. still need hinges. and exhaust.

Where did you see the 81 for sale? How long ago? I see all kinds of 4x4s, i'd sell or trade my Burb for a 2wd blazer. Seeing as how my Burb came from Texas/Florida, it's in fantastic shape!
