You need to be a stand up comic........You paid somebody to mess them up and now you want them fixed for free.

What is that old saying
1. Give you advice on how to do it.......Free
2. If I do it .......normal rate
3. If I have to fix what somebody else tried to fix.............Priceless.

or something like that.

Re: 198Plus build

Wow, talk about highs and lows. I just stumbled across this thread, and have spent the last few hours reading through it all. 198plus, it really sucks to see someone being treated this way, hopefully some ammends can be made. There is some great info in this thread, so I wanted to mark it since I will be learning bodywork on my '65 long fleet. Good luck with the rest of the project. I am really looking forward to seeing the finished truck.

I'm confused? Which two were the shop that #ucked up his doors? There's got to be more choices.

Re: 198Plus build

I say you use Alan's macro photography and the right up his does while fixing the doors in the court case. At the minimum I would file for whatever it costs you to have Alan do them correctly. If they are a BBB member then also file with them. Get their name out to as many people as you can. If they stop getting business they will have to change their ways or move on.

So they thought they did a good job on them or something?

Your not going to just fix them and use them?

Re: 198Plus build

Well in that case, you better go to the gas station and get a bunch of Big Red bubble gun and start chewing to hide that weld.
