Re: my '64 c-10 swb project with steel floor from a '70
so incase anyone waits to know what a stock trailing arm weights, compared to my trailing arms I built! stock 22lbs. each vs mine 34lbs. an I'm still got to weld another lb. on for the panhard bar bracket an the sway bar mount! so I'm thinking they will weigh 35lbs. each

I know you're off to like Kansas or Missouri fixing those giant valves this week but I wanted to thank you for lunch. Good to hang out with beers and BSin'... And when Mitch broke out the margs, I knew it was all over.
Thanks for the help bro... |

Re: my '64 c-10 swb project with steel floor from a '70
so I didn't want to just post some pics of my center buddy bucket seat that I got Clem's upholstery guy to add cup holders too! that I picked up at the get-together he was throwing! so when I did find time that I wasn't having to work I tore my buddy bucket seats apart, man does 50 years old foam smell BAD, like wet cat an dog an mildew! I then blasted the frames, painted them added burlap over the springs to help keep them from pushing thru over time, and once I got done with that, I started to put on the new stuff! I put on the new upholstery seat covers myself to save some money! not to bad for my first time putting on new seat covers!
anyways here's so pics

Great spending time with you at Clems Chad.
He and Kim really are hosts like no other. And having him on your side to help with various little things is pretty cool in my book. Your seats look awesome, really nice. And getting the rebuild of the other seats done yourself......... Impressive.
