I cut 25" between the cab and rear axle and 1' off the back of the frame. And the same on the bed.

Ladder bars & coil overs. 8.8 Ford rear from a 4x4 Explorer 31 spline posi. Allows me to tuck a 10" wheel and a 295/50/15 inside the fenders.

2" sectioned crossmember with manual rack and pinion. 3" drop spindles. Top of frame raised 2" so that the crossmember bolts match up with frame holes.
