Re: How about some pics of bagged 47-59
for the s10 frame, the stock lowers are fine. I didn't even have to dehump mine. and I was maybe 3" or under off frame, RB hit ground. You can find some threads online s10forums and such, on how to dehump the arms if you need. Personally, lower arms are pricey and the stock lowers do the same thing. I rebushed mine, which was $75 I do believe, so new balljoints and bushings you got yourself in around 150$ give or take. Even if your lower arms where no good, I would find a used set or buy some OEM s10 arms. again its just one area where its not necessary spending hundreds of dollars on, esp early on in a build. Just my take

Hey skunkswife, I know this post was years ago but I was wondering how tall of tire wheel combo you were able to fit under your step side bed. I'm starting a 57 project and trying to get all the math straight. Thanks!

Hey is that the scottshotrods super slam? I just got quoted for one and am planning on going that route. How do you like it? Does it allow you to lay rocker? Thanks!

513chopshop that's a rad truck. Was just looking over your build thread. I'm starting a 57. Did you need to chop out any cab with single piece drive line? Also whats that tire wheel combo? Looks perfect
Thanks for posting

Ironaddict , Thanks!! I had to notch the factory cross members but not the cab itself. The wheels are mobsteel 20x9s with the custom offsets.

Re: How about some pics of bagged 47-59
I used pillow blocks from Grainger with a 1 inch ID. Then I just bolted in a 1 inch piece of round tube. Then I built a simple framing for my bed and welded it to the round tube. It is all detailed in my build thread in my signature.

Re: How about some pics of bagged 47-59
It is perfect just the way it is put a back window in it and drive the wheels off it.
