These are after some slick sand a guide coat and sanding the back of the cab.
Still need to sand the fire wall.
A couple of low spots on the back to take care of.

I thought I had more pics of it.
In hindsight I think it would have been a little less work to have the top of the panel start about 1.5 inches higher as there is a slight curve in the area just below the rear window.
I'm happy with how it's coming along at this point though.

Nut Case wanted to see how I did the rear panel on the back of my cab is all.
I barely have time to build one truck let alone two.

Kim57 Thanks so much the photo's, the starting post # would have been more than enough. Can I PM you for questions about this panel, and such? I'm a few months from pulling the trigger on my build thread. I'm just trying to do as much pre-planing as possible.

I spent several hours studying your hood sectioning and the forward tilting attachments. Wow your skills, and analytical process is off the charts. Thanks so much NC

Hey Kim, could you show me some better picture on what the top part of the cowl vent looks like where you welded it to the cab like where the window seal will cover? I'm trying to smooth mine out but I didn't have a cowl vent cover to start.. And I'm having problems

Here's a pic before i welded it.
It just buts up to the bottom of the window.
I welded the seam there and just ground it down.
I'll get another pic when I get a chance to show how it looks welded.

Thanks Kim! Do you know how far the window seal comes down on that part? I'm just worried about not getting that seam right and it messing up the deal or something
