Re: post your 67-72 4x4
Thanks Mud Man, its funny, I often get the guy that says “do wheel that thing" and I always say HELL NO!! My truck sees pavement 90% of her life and the other 10% is snow only......... I say if I wanted to beat on a blazer, I wouldn't buy a classic year, I would buy a mid to late seventies (no offense to anyone, its just that, they are cheap).

Re: post your 67-72 4x4
I had two 71 Gmc mudtrucks that we raced but as cool as they were just seemed mean to abuse them sooo much, now I have this 81 that I spent over $30,000 on and just can't abuse it other than in the snow a bit, but mostly sees street time, she is a beauty so will look for something else to build race and abuse instead and just enjoy mine. Don't even see any 81's around anymore.

Re: post your 67-72 4x4
this is my 1970 C10 4x4. It has a 350 w a 4 speed trans. I have 2 daughters. I have given my 13 year old a 1986 iroc-z camaro. This is going to be my 10 years olds truck. It is going to be painted a rose/ pink color when it is finished. I am just getting started.

Re: post your 67-72 4x4
New to me, project Gangreen. 350, 4-speed, AC, PS, axles & disc brakes from a '76 Blazer. This photo was taken when I first saw the truck. Needs lots of TLC but I can't believe how much attention this beast gets. A little rusty for a California truck, maybe that's why it's trying to grow a sunroof? Originally the nice dark green color seen in the cowl area. So guess what color it's going to be? That 70's paint scheme has got to go!
