Ok back working on the truck again, was away on vacation and then finished a couple of other things. Left the bodywork aside for now, started work on the frame. First clean the frame of all the brackets i don't need. Remove front crossmember to work on installing that C4 front conversion kit. Installed the tranny crossmember and brace the front of the frame to keep things from moving around and boxed the front frame rails. The C4 crossmember is just tacked in for now just to see if everything is lining up right. I'm going to set up a front fender to see how the wheel will look in the fender opening before i do the final welding.

Mucked up the left front fender to see how the wheel look in the opening. Well looks good to me. Next I put a little notch in the frame to clear the coilover springs

Thanks, no I made then from a piece of flat 1/4" plate then bend it on the press turned out pretty good.
