Sometimes I just walk around it with a wide angle to see what I can get. Here’s one..

Did you draw that free hand or use some software tool. Either way, very cool

Not sure how artistic this is, but here's an updated pic I took this past weekend.

Re: the 67-72 artistic shots thread
If you're referring to my 71, it's an original 510 Medium Blue resprayed in base/clear.

Yeah, I thought so, that's what color my '72 K5 is where it's not faded.

Re: the 67-72 artistic shots thread
I'll let the pics do most of the talking. Long story short, (believe me it's a long story) I found some "hidden treasure" in my new truck. I'm contemplating repairs now and am open to suggestions. Thinking about starting a repair thread, just still a little sour about the situation. These pics are from after I opened everything with a pick hammer and grinder. Last pic is of a free donor cab that has a clean cowl and firewall, but the rest of the cab is roached.

Re: the 67-72 artistic shots thread
Definitely sucks. I’m thinking of just cutting the front off of the donor cab and fusing it to my cab, just not sure where I want to cut.

Re: the 67-72 artistic shots thread
Awww, that sucks....always a risk with the age of these trucks and unscrupulous flippers looking to make quick money on a popular model...good thing is that you have some good clean metal to repair the rust.
