I have completed the head assembly mock up and clearances are now good. I also need new shorter push rods at 7'', according to the calculations PTV clearance is good and on the safe side, this was my worst case scenario valves crashing into pistons. On the LS series they recommend to stay below a .600 max lift on the valves other wise you will need to shave pistons or add a thicker gasket or adjust cam timing.
Here are a few pics of the MLS gasket, and the valvetrain set up, minus the pushrods thats why they're all up, and one pic with the taller valve covers.

Hey fellas build is coming along heads are complete and torqued rockers are set and lashed, i went with COMP Cams High Energy Pushrods at 7.00". dressed in ARP hardware from crank internals to heads.
