Thanks Paul they didn't start that way. A friend of mine James Shipman has about 40 hours in just the bed!

I really think I want to put steel doors back on the truck.

Just understand with the aftermarket steel doors, that they are going to require a lot of work to fit correctly as well. I was actually told when returning a driver's door, that had obviously been dropped on the window frame, "that is why they call it body work." Not exactly good customer service! The doors that I got from another supplier for my son's truck required a pie cut in the bottom of the shell, to lay the lower skin in far enough to align with the cab corner, and front fender. It stuck out too far below the body line, and the rest of the skin, and window frame were aligned. Pain in the butt. Paul

I love this truck!

I hope it will run really low 5's in the eighth on the bottle and about 6.0 with out. I hope to be in the 7's in the qtr. With trailing Arms!

Thanks for the props. I can't wait to get it back together. I hope it will be 10 times nicer!

You aint kidding about roll up windows . It is hot outside , then add 3 layer nomex and a helmet plus the sun and any breeze you can get is good .

Weighed some doors. I have a nice Oem door I am gonna run on the rt side. I will probably buy a Tri Plus door for the left. I am thinking about making roll up and down lexan one piece side windows. I just don't think I will ever be happy with the quality of my glass doors.

Fiber Glass Door.....................19.5 Pounds
Oem Door..............................44 Pounds
Tri Plus Door..........................36.5 Pounds

Glass door has lexan windows and half hinges I made.

gutted the interior last week. I decided to run an Oem right door and a tri-plus lt dr. I am gonna try to make my own one piece side windows with roll up and down lexan!

it prolly will scratch pretty bad if you make it roll up and down unless you dont use the rubbers at the bottom but some sort of felt
