ya that would be sweet if all of us lived pretty close together!! would love to see alot of members rides in person. there isnt too many people around here into these type of trucks.

hahaha. it got alot easier to get motivated to work on it after i got it running. its always funner to be able to do some work then go test it when u get done

i do got some more updates.
i got my dash extension pretty much done. still not super happy with the polishing job yet. still needs more sanding but im going to make another one for a member on here so i wanna get his knocked out then i will come back and polish on mine some more





i am 6'4" and i still got some leg room.




got the ignition box hidden now








i took a better picture of how the column shifter is hooked to a ball valve for my air horn


also made a cool looking knob and chopped the lever down for the air horn

dash extension looks great, really brings the interior all together too! have you tried to look for a spare longbed so you can fix yours? I seen one down here at a bodyshop, been sitting on the ground for about a yr. also I haven't looked it over, I'll try and ask about it this next weekend if you want!!

thanx man!! no i havent really looked around too much yet.. i know you can buy complete bedsides but they are pretty pricey and im sure a factory one would fit better anyway. ya man if you dont mind ask if they want to sell it

ok, i'll look it over first! to make sure the driverside its straight, that way you can get the corner piece, where it bolts up! I know you can buy the side pieces but I don't think they sell the corner piece that wraps around and bolts to the header panel! o, if you can get a pic of the damage on yours that way i'll know what all to look for
