Nice Tomahawk30! Some rallyes would look great on it!

The 80 C10 really cleaned up nice, nice job, any other plans for it.
Like the lifted truck in the background too.

Going to change the motor to this

I will probably lower it a bit and swap the rally's in the back to 15x10 and get the AC back in working order.

And thank you!

X2 - cleaned up very nice and that lifted HD looks great too!

What's the backstory on the C-10 when you found it?

Appears that it had been sitting for a while.

I've known about the truck for 5 years. My father inlaw had it in his barn. It's been sitting there for 15 years. The truck belonged to his wife's late husband. It's been named by the previous owner "ole blue". It's got a hole in the floorboard from a 243. I bought the truck about two weeks ago.

Oh and it's got the 8track player and it still works!

Did you take the now super cleaned up truck back to the father inlaw, bet it would be an eye opener.

Here is my 73 with a 12v Cummins on one ton axles...

Some plans for this one. Not exactly a restoration, but still a squarebody!

Looks awesome! More details? Do the plans have anything to do with the...drip tray...underneath it?

Lol. The drip pan is a front output shaft leak on the np205 that I plan to fix this weekend. I'll try and snap some pics of the 12v as it was beautifully done. Some of the items that I have planned:

1. New softer leaf packs/suspension upgrades
2. regear/lockers
3. custom fabed front winch bumper
4. New gauges
5. Still deciding on the rear end but leaning to converting to a flatbed with integrated storage
6. Reworking the Fuel Cell
7. Relocating the dual batteries under the hood
8. general interior upgrades
9. Removal of the cheap tint
10. Additional subtle lighting (no brights on the 73 and needs more offroad)
11. adding a NP203 mated to the NP205 if I can work out how to use with the a518
12. new wheels and 40" MTRs
13. new hood to keep the 12v cool and happy
14. Currently the exhaust dumps under the truck and I think I will finish the exhaust to pipe either to the side or out the back (keep it a bit less sooty under the rig...

The swap that is currently in the truck was well done: all new seals, injectors, industrial fuel pump, custom high steer, nicely piped with stainless for inter-cooler. Great rig, just needs some bugs worked out and to be finished up.

Before my dad and I took it apart, and roughly what it looks like now. Some small progress since.

Wow, beautiful truck. As clean as that engine compartment is with the hidden coil packs and everything, I am surprised there isn't a nice smooth cover over the top of the radiator. I hate to nit pick, but for some reason that radiator just jumps out to me.
