Re: Power Steering Adapter Plates

I'm looking to eventually do this on my 64 with a 230 inline 6.

Obviously the bracket and box will work fine but what pump and bracket was used?

Re: Power Steering Adapter Plates

There are several power steering pumps that will work. Not just one particular pump. I would suggest to use a pump that has the same style fittings as your steering box. The fitting style changed in 1980 to Metric with an O-ring. If you can not find a factory power steering pump bracket for your 230/250 I6, I would suggest an aftermarket bracket from Davis Speed Equipment.
