I personally love the look of em on any Older 4x4, and if I ever get me a a 4wd again thats one of the first things Im adding. oh, and its amazing what can be done with a Stock frame if your good with a Welding Machine. and just for the heck of it, theres this too |

You gotta keep those sideview mirrors out of the dryer
Nice truck, those valve covers are sweet. I like the black Boyds too.

I'm in Wichita Falls. I lived in Hurst for a bit a few years ago and I used to spend a lot of time in the H-E-B/Haltom City area.

Re: How about some pics of 88-98 Trucks
I wish I could. Money is so tight right now that I can't afford to tag and inspect the truck this year. Hell, the last time I put it in a show was a Dust Off in 2004.

Re: How about some pics of 88-98 Trucks
Yeah. That's what happens when you start getting older and life gets in the way of the toys. Marriage, kids, house, job and all the related requirements just don't leave much room in the budget for the toys. But, several vehicles have come and gone through the years, but the truck and I have been together for 14 years now and it's not going anywhere anytime soon. A couple weeks ago I did put a new head unit and some HIDs in it, though. First thing I've done to it since '03.

Re: How about some pics of 88-98 Trucks
Not nearly as often as I should or want to. I took it out twice last May. Once for inspection and then I took it out for a Saturday drive. The wife and I took it out on a Saturday night a couple months ago. I don't dare drive it in the daylight right now. It's a cop magnet right now what with the tint and then the expired tags and soon-to-be expired inspection. It's been retired from daily duties since June of '01.

Re: How about some pics of 88-98 Trucks
My eyebrow is 11" and the doors are limo. I need to trim the eybrow back to a more acceptable level and I'll have the doors redone in either 20 or 35. It's getting bad up here. The last I heard, a tint ticket from the DPS in my county was $235. Troopers and the local motorcycle cops can sniff out illegal tint from 10 miles. On something that stands out like my truck, they can smell it from 20 miles. The guy I use for inspections got busted for passing a car with illegal tint a while back, so he won't let it slide anymore either.
