This was over a decade ago. Sad, truck has been sitting ever since.

Happy to say, I started truck up and it still runs.

Had to pick up some tile last week-end. Put a hurt on the old stepper, but the GMC did fine!

My truck hauling a load five and a half hours from our Texas home to our new home in Arkansas. This was the first load and I have done two more loads since.

Not much of my truck, but it towed the Javelin 800 miles with out any trouble.



1970 3/4 ton 350/ 350 trans 4:10 rear end gears.

My ongoing truck projects:
48 Chev 3100 that will run a 292 Six.
71 GMC 2500 that is getting a Cad 500 transplant.
77 C 30 dualie, 454, 4 speed with a 10 foot flatbed and hoist. It does the heavy work and hauls the projects around.

Aye, great suspension hauling that wood. Very nice indeed.

Trucks are the best for work... I love heavy duty.


Also,

Great to see those AMCs.

Fixed up the 290 with 4 speed and got it running. Sold the vehicle as well.
