Re: My 50 roadster pickup build
Was in the shop for a couple hours today and got some work done.
Pic 1 & 2 Have the freshly painted parts covered to avoid overspray. Pic 3 Fender back on horse. Pic 4 Inner panel mounted. Pic 5 Can't see any difference, but it has been wet sanded with 600 paper and ready for paint. Hope to show more tomorrow...Jim

Re: My 50 roadster pickup build
Back in the shop today, for a couple hours, all I got done was 400 wet sanding of right fender, had some scratches that 600 wouldn't take out. Sanded it 3 times with the 400, but it's good to go now...Jim

Re: My 50 roadster pickup build
painting is a patience thing, I am always too excited. what I am saying is I would have painted these parts 4 times by now and every time would have been wrong. so nice work!

Re: My 50 roadster pickup build
Thanks joe, I know what your saying, years ago I had to make myself slow down, to get it right. I can still paint, but I let Mark do all the painting now, he's good...Jim
