Was in the shop for a couple hours today and got some work done.

Pic 1 & 2 Have the freshly painted parts covered to avoid overspray.

Pic 3 Fender back on horse.

Pic 4 Inner panel mounted.

Pic 5 Can't see any difference, but it has been wet sanded with 600 paper and ready for paint.

Hope to show more tomorrow...Jim

Back in shop today

Pic 1 & 2 Wet sanded left fender with 600 paper.

Pic 3 Setup fenders for paint.

Pic 4 and 5 Mark sprayed both fenders, ready for wet sanding with 600 paper.

Glad I'm getting something done...Jim

Thanks Joe and Ray. When I first got the paint I put a dab on the bed and it match perfect. It will still be awhile, but I gaining on it...Jim

Back in the shop today, for a couple hours, all I got done was 400 wet sanding of right fender, had some scratches that 600 wouldn't take out. Sanded it 3 times with the 400, but it's good to go now...Jim

Finished up wet sanding the drivers door with 400 paper, and brought up the pass. door. I will start cutting down the paint on this door tomorrow...Jim

Jim, I forgot just how Picky you really are! I don't have the patience you have because I might have quit before the Final Cut and Paint your doing. That is why your Truck is SOOO Nice you don't Quit Until it's Time.

On Saturday I got the pass. door sanded with 400 wet and looks pretty good.

painting is a patience thing, I am always too excited. what I am saying is I would have painted these parts 4 times by now and every time would have been wrong. so nice work!

Thanks joe, I know what your saying, years ago I had to make myself slow down, to get it right. I can still paint, but I let Mark do all the painting now, he's good...Jim

Didn't get anything done last week, busy with other things. I did get to the shop on Saturday, and got the two doors, wet sanded with 600 paper. Today I did the pass. front fender with 600 wet. These are now ready for final paint...Jim
