I really do need to start traveling more before I can't anymore....

My uncle used to teach in Michigan. Wolverines? Our family has always been fishermen and have been through the notorious "Potato Patch" where the SF Bay meets the Pacific, well acquainted with the "El Nino and La Nina" swells and weather that they bring out at the Farallones but when my Uncle moved to Michigan and told us that those big lakes could get nastier than anything that we'd ever seen out here, I almost couldn't believe it. He had fished them all in his time out there. Michigan, Erie and Huron. In a little 18' Whaler.

Those lakes are freshwater oceans in their own rights.

Have no idea but it was hard staying on the shore. The real erie thing (see what I did there) was with the surf there was no salt spray which I'm used to.

Yes they are huge I believe that it's been said they contain 1/3 of the world's fresh water. First picture in the far background is bBuffalo and Canada .

You don't like hang gliders ?

It was cool and cloudy and windy the day that we went there. Not much to see.

I'd go to Blacks beach. From what I've heard it's a bunch of old ugly people with all their junk out there for the whole world to see.

I think I'd fit right in.

This begs the question. Why are nudist's always the people that you never want to see naked.

Re: Random Photos ‘You took’

That's how it was when I went there. And I was hung over from a Baja adventure the day before involving a worm in a bottle. So my buddy would say, "Hey, how about her?", I'd struggle to turn my head, see the notsogreat, and about buick! Nope, it's not the beach where all the California beauties go to take it all off. Not... at... all! Sorry, no pictures
