is there a section of the bed floor worth a patch? say 48" wide by 18" or longer if good? don't need perfect, jsut don't want rust through.

Update:

Just wanted to let you guys know that I a house I've been trying to sell for 8 months just got an offer last week so I've been super busy with all the last minute running around to make that go through. Sorry for the delay. I should have some breathing room this weekend.
