Looks like I'm one of the older guys. I turn 51 in a couple of weeks. Have been married for almost 30 years (to the same woman = how about that) and have had the Chevy for just about 17 years. My elder son is in university and my younger son is finishing junior high.

Should we expect #3 in about six months? LOL!!

I just turned 30 last month. I've got a gorgeous redhead and three wonderful children. (all 3 years apart!! ) I've been in the US Navy for almost eleven years and I was born again three years ago. I've owned a '73 3/4ton 4x4, '78 Scottsdale lwb, and my current '80 swb step-side (also a diesel converted Scottsdale). That doesn't count the numerous 'other-than-Chevy-truck' vehicles. I owned a sweet '72 F$rd F-100 lwb Ranger Custom. (I only despise Mopars, cause of my '94 Ram 4x4 I had.)

Well I'm 31 going on 32 in march. I have a wonderful girlfriend (jenna's 71) we have been togeather now 4 years, we have a wonderful son Kevin he is 2 going on three in july. Oh ya Jen is 22 and 23 in july also.

I live in California, about two hours south of San Francisco. I'm a delivery driver for a flower business. I have lived in California for all my life exept for the 5 years I liveed in Fort Scott KS. While in Kansas, I milked cows, and drove truck over the road. I really loved living in Kansas, It was layed back, everyone was nice and polite. Here in California, people are a$$holes, well not everyone but the attitude in Ca, is sick. I would love to move back to Kansas or someplace in the midwest, Mabe someday. I have a 1972 Chevy 4X4 1/2 ton, so to be a 1 ton. I am working on a total restore. Jenna has a 1971 C10 2WD that needs some TLC but it is old reliable.

I would like to say thank you to all the board members ! This is the best place on the web. Thank you for all the info and help, past and in the future. Landon

Here's a pic of my son Kevin. He is the man, my little man.

Well, Landon is great. He has his truck hobby. I can't wait for the final outcome. I want the truck cherry. And I want to move on. I have a feeling Landon will always have a project truck, though.

I on the other hand, want to finish college. I want a degree in business under my belt. I have been a bookeeper for almost 5 years. Which was my first job out of highschool. I don't think it something I want to do for the rest of my life, but it keeps the bills paid.

My son Kevin, is my life. Untill he's in grade school, I am putting my career on the back burner. I worked part-time, so I can be the teacher, twice a week. Weekends are family time. ( including the grandparents).

I want to move out of state. I want to travel and see the country. One of these days, we might get enough balls to do it.
I think, the best way, would be, to just pack up and leave. Although, I never lived anywhere, but California. I tired of the same old routine. I want more excitement and adventure.
Let us know, of some good communities in your state.

I am 22....
I have a great girlfreind who is 21...she drives a '63.
If it wasn't for her and her dad I might not have an old truck. They really got me into it. My dad has helped me considerably when my cash flow is non existant....he also knows a whole lot of mechanics and body work guys....so it is only a matter of time till my truck is where I want it to be.
I am a Music Educatin major at SWT in Texas. I play Saxophone.

My '68 is the only vehicle that I have ever owned, I only have had my drivers license since fall 2001, have had my truck for about that long as well.
I got my Texas title last week...it was a good feeling.

I am 19 now. I have had my truck for around three years now?? Can't remember for sure. No girlfriends or any other money vacuum like that... other than my truck of course. That is a money pit. I will never be finished with my truck. Studying Mechanical engineering.

I'm 20 years old. I've had my truck for a year now after buying it from my uncle for a daily driver so I wouldn't have to drive my mustang. Soon after I realized how much potential the old 70 c10 had. I was hit in the passengers side of my mustang last july so I started on my truck. I am currently going to school to be a computer technician. that's my story

Well, I knew if I waited long enough, I'd find out I'm the oldest one here! I'm 56, married again for 18 years, heck, I've got a daughter older than most of you (33)! Own my own business, The Hearing Aid Center, Inc. so I guess you know what I do. I live on 5 acres out in the desert and love it!
