Re: Project Murphy's Law
Who did all your body work? Do you have plans for those wheels? Theres nothing wrong with a bench seat in a muscle car amigo. I put one in my nova after taking the lame buckets out.

Re: Project Murphy's Law
Heavy, thats what I'm saying, I like seeing a bench in a muscle car. It's cool like dog dish hub caps rather than 20's. Thanks NTR!

Re: Project Murphy's Law
Well it's been a while between updates. This last week has been busy for the old girl. Dropperd the tranny over the weekend and replaced the rear main seal and put on a fel-pro one piece gasket. Then I had just put in some no logo fat mat and decieded to use some EZ Cool heat barrier. These two products along with a full floor vinyl covering has the cab quiet. New blazer door seals from Classic Heartbeat and new rear tires has me ready for winter.

Re: Project Murphy's Law
NTR, sorry I missed your post. I'm still on daily just havent checked my own build. Still my DD and doing good. Just collecting more parts and doing little things. Added LED courtsey and dome lights to an harness I've had for a while. Put on LED tag lights and taillights, new back up lenses. Most time consuming was tracking down a new MC to go with a bendix booster. No one knew or it was re maned junk. Also bought a Griffin Thermal Products 8-00008 to cool of the BBC this summer. Next big move is hiding the Efi harness, shaving the heater box, adding new MC/booster and SS hard lines, painting the firewall and inner fenders and putting the new radiator in. Cant really do one without doing it all. Have all the parts now, just need the time. Heres the latest completed addition: 65 Chevelle SS gauges in a 3 hole cluster. Put in LED's and placed the turn signals and hibeam indicator in the non functioning clock. Odometer said 420 and I have had comments made about my board name so thats what I set the clock for. Even though I dont, my mind set is it's always 420 in my truck. Placed the E brake indicator in the speedo. Just need wheels and paint!!!!!!!!!!!! Time to take the top off today

Re: Project Murphy's Law
That looks really good! Any pics of the process on how you got them to mount up behind the bezel?

Re: Project Murphy's Law
Thanks cheby! SM didnt document it as I have been working at it here and there for the last 2 months when I have time and parts. LEDS are from radio shack and ebay. The fun part was using a deutsch connecter and getting it all to line up. Cut, fit, repeat.

Re: Project Murphy's Law
Ya thats a joke, gotta have something clever, right. It'll be ready for paint when its blown apart. Not looking forward to disassemble / reassemble for the 100th time. Time to shave that heater box and add some other new parts I've been stockpiling. You all know how it goes......

Re: Project Murphy's Law
Well she's back from paint! Whew, that was quick! JK! Started looking through the old photoshop threads ( if you want to get a blast from the past of old members that you forgot about check it out, goes back to 03) Found a photoshop from 2006, probably going to pass on the SS wheels now though
