Yes it has a vent port as well. It is top fill and comes with the sending unit. It comes with a cap that mounts in the bed floor and screws closed. Its never had gas in it. So if you need to modify it for any reason it wouldn't be a big deal.

I'm assuming the other mirror and gasket are in the boxes, right? How is the mirror glass? If it's all good, I'll take them too, how about adding it to the bumper bracket box? You said $30 for the mirrors, how about $40 total shipped for them?
