well got out the grinder and grinded down the horns on the radiator support and now its welding time then a very skim coat of bondo..

i just didnt like them and it looks cleaner with the unused holes filled and the horns smoothed.

haha .... grandpas crutch... through floor.... well today i took the grille splash apron off of the front end and started with the horn/hole filling got one hole and the horns both smoothed and not to mention the whole front of the radiator support is sanded and now in primer. pics shall come also cleaned the new frame crossmember the defroster AC box and the little tabs that come out of the bottom of the AC box are cleaned, primed and painted to so hope fully tommorrow i can install some of this stuff and get pics.

Ricky, you know you can't drive your truck when its in pieces, right?

Let me know when you start to put the refrigerant side of your AC together, I can help walk you through what you need to do to convert it over to R134a

its actually not that big in person.. but ill shorten it. yeah uasually im runnin around with tyler doing stuff like going with him to clean his grandpas house or we go other places and are kinda busy so later on is when we get to do stuff.

well for my big day i was told i could order some parts! heres my list:
1 67 70 deluxe cab windshield seal
2 67 small rear window seal
3 67 72 1/2 ton 2 wheel drive cab mount kit
4 67 72 dash pad red
5 67 72 2 wheel drive th350 low hump black carpet
6 67 72 heater gasket kit (with AC)
7 67 70 deluxe gas pedal
8 67 70 deluxe gas pedal trim
9 60 68 1/2-1ton radiator core support mounting kit

what do you all think?

gas pedels and trim isnt necessary for you to be on the dangged road

rad support/cab mounts a good idea dash pad no not yet..lol

slow down john, i need to get my interior done! i already have the parts to put it on the road.... i already had it on the road once! the only things i need are getting a pink slip. getting brake and lamp inspection and a paint job lol.

john! i already drove it i dont need anything more to make it drive i have all of it. the only things i needed was cab and radiator support mounts! but i got them! your lucky you can drive your truck and not need A/C because its cold! lol
