Re: How about some pics of 73-87 Long Beds?
New guy here, Thought I'd post some pictures of my 83' Custom Deluxe, It's been through alot but I'm doing my best to bring the body back to original condition. Bought it back in april of 2009, and got T-Boned the same year on December 13th, two days before my birthday >_>
P.S. not sure if this is acceptable, but I hyper linked the images to my personal website, no solicitations, just me designing/modeling cars like like the picture below. |

Re: How about some pics of 73-87 Long Beds?
QUESTION TO THE FORUM:
Been going through all these forums. Seems the High Sierras that I can tell are such all have two tone paint...white roof and white between the chrome trim. Are all the High Sierras this way? I ask because mine is a High Sierra, and has obvious signs inside the door jambs toward the roof of being white...but my grandma can't find any old pix of the truck when it was brought home 32 years ago. Thanks all...Oh, I guess I better post a pict, or get flamed for changing the subject! Sam

Re: How about some pics of 73-87 Long Beds?
If two-tone was part of the trim package, then "solid paint" could be optioned.

It was my grandfathers until he passed this year. Recent picture... As of yesterday she became my DD.. Needs a full restoration, but time money and priorities will keep that from happening for a while. Still love it. Last edited by day1; 11-23-2008 at 11:51 PM. |
