I sure like your pickup. Really glad you use it. They just go to waste and waste away if not.

Re: From "C to K" Evolution of my K-20

Thx man. I've really been enjoying it. I've had trucks in the past that were parked all winter. I hated it...

Hey Shawn:

First time visiting your build thread. I've always loved the pictures of your truck, and what an awesome job you did building it.

Very nice build, can't believe I missed it... Same color as mine... I'm a bit stalled but just built a new shop so hopefully I'll get back at it this spring.

Wow. Twins. Hope you get to it soon. That truck looks really good.

Jud, i really recommend this stuff, $120 for this kit. Easy to use. Although, if doing a steel floor, i would purchase 2 kits for the desired coverage and thickness.
Thx for the compliments guys

Re: From "C to K" Evolution of my K-20

I agree on you doing all the right things on this truck. I really like the tough look and functional and substantial mirrors, tires, etc!

What material did you line the bed with?

Re: From "C to K" Evolution of my K-20

Thankyou! It's been a blast. Started teaching my girl the ropes of driving it. Grinning ear to ear . The green is factory color, but also turns out to be my favorite.

Re: From "C to K" Evolution of my K-20

Got my period correct CARR steps on the other day. Made the wife happy. No more jerking on the door..
Everything going well, couple knick knack things to do. Had to tighten the power steer belt to eliminate a squeel.
Motor had a leak, turned out to be the plastic gasket on the magnetic drain plug grrr. I put the original back in .. Dry as a bone.

Man im bummed I missed this build! She is beautiful!

Im doing a C/20 to K/30 on my '72 Longhorn right now! Putting all 1ton running gear in it with a 6" lift. This is some great inspiration!

Re: From "C to K" Evolution of my K-20

Thx man. Will check yours out. Sounds cool. Only thing better than a k/20 i guess would have to be a k/30 and longhorn to boot!!
