Re: Got Rust?

Alright here are some pics of the progress

And some after the black.

My suggestion to anyone considering this, is to spray it...brushing is a huge PITA and very messy. I am not real happy with the outcome, but it will do for a frame. Another tip would be, don't leave everything together like I did...stupid!

Re: Got Rust?

I was like...wow, I like the gray, wish I had gotten gray for mine...then I scrolled down and saw it black.

Messy or not, it's done!

I say great for you!

Hey guys, thanks for checking up on me.

Just trying to acclimate to life. Things are going pretty good, just haven't had time to work on the Blazer. I did buy a u-bolt flip kit from ORD, I just need to get out in the shop to start putting stuff together.

This has taken up any spare time that I've had, but it's been fun

Re: Got Rust?

Well.....I've decided to put the house up for sale so I'm going to be selling all my Blazer parts. But I WILL buy something down the road, probably much closer to a finished project than I have now.
It's been a long road with MANY bumps, some rougher than others, but I've learned a lot and gained some great new friends along the way.

Anyways, I just need to figure out what all this stuff is worth and put it in a for sale thread.

Thanks for the kind words Jim. I will still be around keeping my eye on your build and waiting for you to stop by and give me a ride.
